March was Melanoma Awareness month.
Last Thursday the 27th March, we dressed in spotty clothing to raise awareness of this terrible disease that is affecting over 4000 kiwis every year.
The idea was to get everyone wearing something spotty or dotty to get people thinking about melanoma and checking their skin for ‘spots’ or signs that could lead to melanoma later on in life.
We brought a gold coin donation and raised over $400 as a whole school.
Thank you for your support.
