For the past 5 weeks we have been reading the novel My side of the Mountain by Jean Craighead George. This novel was written and published in 1959.
This novel is about a boy called Sam who is unhappy living in New York City with his family. He decides that he will run away to the Catskills Mountains and live by himself. He only took a few resources with him and learns to live independently for a year in the wilderness.

Yesterday we presented our Inquiry to our classes.
